Basic Access 2016 Certification

Module 1: Database

  • Opening, Closing Database
  • Access 2016 Overview

Module 2: Tables

  • How To Create, Insert, Select Tables
  • Edit, Sort inside tables
  • Copy, Move, Delete fields and tables

Module 3: Table Relationships

  • Creating the different kinds of relationships
  • Applying Relationships between multiple tables.

Module 4: Editing

  • Adding / Deleting Records
  • Editing Data in the database tables

Module 5: Sorting and Filtering

  • Sorting & Filtering within a table
  • Creating Quick Filters

Module 6: Queries

  • Querying a Table
  • Selecting in Queries
  • Querying Related Tables

Module 7: Forms

  • Building Forms With the Forms  Wizard
  • Filtering in a Form
  • Testing Forms
  • Adding Data into Database using Forms

Module 8: Reports

  • Creation of Quick Reports
  • Creating a Grouped Report With the Wizard

Target Audience

Course Duration:  2  Full Days (Weekdays or Weekend Classes)

Course Timings: 8.45 am – 5.45 pm

Target Audience: For beginner and intermediate users who are in need of Basic Access Database knowledge in order to produce Forms, Queries, Manage Tables & Databases, and Track & Report for Key KPIs for the management.

Prerequisites: Need to possess the knowledge of basic PC skills, and knowledge of Basic English is essential.

Certification: Successful trainees will receive the internationally recognized ICDL Certificate upon completion of the course. This certificate is administered by ICDL Singapore.

This is a joint certification between SSG and ICDL Singapore. Student must take a 60 minutes online assessment at the end of the course

For Singaporean/PR above 21 years, Training Grants are available.
For Foreigners, no government grants are available.

WSQ funding from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is available to Singaporeans/PRs above 21.
(Both Individuals & Company Sponsored ).

Individual Singaporeans, 25 years & above can also use their SkillsFuture Credits for this training at Intellisoft.

Companies sending Locals & Foreign staff for training can avail SFEC Funding. 
Use it to improve the skills of your entire department!

NTUC Members can utilize UTAP Funds to offset 50% of the remaining fees*.
